I used to be able to do this. When I choose "Next", it displays a screen with a message of " Successfully Updated". Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. I agree, some stupid clowns employed there, typical Microsoft, always looking to make life more difficult then it needs to be!

In reply to MiguelChiappori's post on September 5, The Change Account window you see in those instructions is no longer available. It is now a completely useless window with a button to reset your settings. As described by the OP, 1 no longer functions, but your suggestion 2 worked. Dave Gumpo. Another solid improvement from the office team. I really don't know who approves these changes but where ever it is needs showing the door. Regards Dave.
