I have a team member who has recently been changed from Small Premium Business to Business Premium, since the change of subscription, whenever he uses any of the Microsoft desktop software such as word, powerpoint, excel, the attached messages would pop up, sometimes preventing access to files.

Thank you very much for that. One additional question is that whenever I receive files with insert images say the one from you, when I view them on outlook desktop I could never see the images, they show up as box with a cross, see screen grab.
What could I do about this? I have tried to manually uninstall the office , but it won't let me, perhaps I didn't follow the steps properly. However, what I did was to completely uninstall it again with easy fix tool, see attached screen grab. Then installing seemed fine again.
